Take me out to the Ball Game
Once again this year the Kinderhook Runners Club will be heading to a professional baseball game at the "Joe" on the HVCC campus between the Tri-City ValleyCats (Houston Astros) and the Lowell Spinners (Boston Red Sox) . The game is on Saturday, August 27 and starts at 7:00 PM. Last year we had a great turnout of 46 members, family members and friends attend the game, which was KRC's inaugural sponsoring of this event and everyone had a real fun time. For each person attending , KRC will pay $5 toward the ticket cost of $15. So for $10 you get admission and seat for the game, a one hour pre-game meal of all you can eat Hot dogs & hamburgers, watermelon, kettlecorn, soda & water as well a ValleyCat baseball cap. Kinderhook Runners Club has purchased 45 tickets that will be sold on a first come first serve basis , so get your money in as soon as possible for each seat that you wish to purchase for $10. You can give your money to Rich Phillips or Bill Barford or mail a check made out to Kinderhook Runners Club for the number of seats you would like times $10 and mail it to Kinderhook Runners Club, ValleyCats, PO Box 241, Kinderhook, NY 12106. We hope to see you on August 27th. Play Ball !!

Saturday Morning Runs at 7:30 AM AND 9:00AM
We currently have group runs every Saturday morning. They begin at the Kinderhook Village Square.
The 7:00 run generally attracts the faster longer runners; the 9:00 run is new and for more casual runners. that run is a simple 3 miler run following the OK5K route.
The early runs vary each week. Most runs have optional distances from 3, 5, 9, and 12+ miles.
The Run of the Week is published on this site in the Members Only section.
If you care to join us some Saturday email us at info@KinderhookRunnersClub.com,
and let us know how many will be coming. We'll give you the route, be there to welcome you, and set water out for you as well!
Social Events & Races
We sponsor a number of social events such as the annual Christmas party, and our
the summer picnic, and the Autumn “Red Apple Trail Run through the Samascott Orchards and fields.
