Jog for Jugs 2018May 19, 2018, 9:00amColonie Town ParkJog for Jugs is a race to raise awareness for breast cancer survivors. Each year we select LOCAL breast cancer survivors and donate the proceeds directly to them, cutting out all the middle men! Jog for Jugs will be in a more centralized location next year with a more beginner friendly course!! The race will start and finish at the Colonie Town Park in Latham. This will be a fun, flat and fast course--PR's will be broken!! Please put this race on your calendar. Early bird paper registration is available now and online registration is to open soon!!

Great night!!!! We help over 240 families, that is about 890 people. We moved over 5,000 items of food. Also, kids get toys......

The organization really could use our help again. They love to have 8 or so volunteers to help fill those boxes. The address of the church is below. If you want to make a donation, but the run times are not convenient please PM me.

Saturday Club Runs

Every Saturday Morning -- rain, shine, snow, ice -- there is a club run. There are always different routes at different distances for different levels of ability. Generally, they start in the Village. Come out and joing us some Saturday morning.

If you plan on running, please log in.

Sunday Runs

Every Sunday at 8:00 am there is a slow 5K to 5-mile run/walk in the Village. These runs are free and you don't need to be a member! Join Us!»»

Wednesday Evening Runs

3+ miles starting at 6:00PM from Kinderhook Village. All invited!
